BURKERT pneumatic valve

The BURKERT angle seat valve type 2000 is a classic angle valve.
It is activated by a compact piston actuator. The structure of the pneumatic angle seat valve allows for wide flow once the valve is open and at the same time secures a low demand for control air.
The structural solutions used in the actuator guarantee its long durability.

The Burkert valve is a control valve which is most often connected to a Thomson valve. Using it does not cause the container with the abrasive to decompress when it stops operations.

The angle seat valve with an external control system consists of a pneumatic piston actuator and a two-way valve chest. Depending on the ambient temperature the available actuators are made from two different materials – PA and PPS. A tested self-regulating spindle gland guarantees great tightness. Aerodynamic 2/2-way valve chests made from red brass or a stainless steel precision cast allow for great flow possibilities. Durable valves which do not need maintenance may be equipped with a wide variety of accessories for indicating position, limiting the piston stroke or manual emergency control.
